Her sharply tailored pinstripe suit was layered under a dramatic crimson cape, adorned with oversized rosettes, brooches, and cascading silver chains. Topped with a feathered top hat and accessorized with a cane, her look felt like a villainess-meets-vintage ringmaster. She was bold, commanding, and utterly unforgettable.

4. Jodie-Turner Smith

Jodie Turner-Smith embodied opulent power in a rich burgundy jacquard ensemble that merged Victorian tailoring with sculptural drama.
